IB Geography 2009-2017 Wiki Project |
![]() |
The IB Geography 2009-2017 wiki was set up by Richard Allaway, Natasha Winnard and Jim Williams to support the publication of the IB Diploma Programme Geography subject guide, released in December 2008 for first teaching September 2009. It was developed in conjunction with the IBO curriculum team responsible for geography. The wiki is structured around the subject's syllabus content for both higher and standard level. You'll find that each wiki page contains a list of links and resources that Richard, Natasha and Jim have originally saved in Delicious, a fast-growing social bookmarking site, using a shared taxonomy. These resources are subsequently displayed here via RSS and are constantly being updated as new material is found and posted. You can suggest a resource for the wiki here. A blog with further resources and developments can be found here. |
Online Curriculum Centre |
The IBO's Online Curriculum Centre continues to be the first place you should go with 'technical' queries about the IB Geography syllabus - whether you need further explanation of a syllabus point, have issues with Internal Assessments requirements or concerns about an Extended Essay title. Your school's IB coordinator should be able to provide you with the required login details for the OCC. |
